This wind phone is located at the Lake County Children’s Memorial Butterfly Garden in Manry Park at 30100 Arnold Road, Willowick, OH 44095. It is immediately to the right when you enter the parking lot and very noticeable. The Butterfly Garden was established by the Compassionate Friends of Lake County, and the wind phone is dedicated to Teddy, a baby born sleeping in October 2018.
